We are on the hunt for an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment’s kitchen staff. We are looking for a creative, motivating professional who doesn’t mind contributing to prep work or small maintenance tasks when necessary, but who won’t be afraid to delegate.

As the kitchen manager, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ordering supplies, monitoring inventory levels, work with the restaurant manager to change prices and menu items, monitoring cleanliness and sanitation practices, training, and upholding our company standards of food quality and presentation.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven culinary and management experience. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and organizational abilities.

Requirements: Certification from culinary school is preferred, A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations, Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment, Excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills, Outstanding communication and organization skills, Willing to work a flexible schedule, and Excellent personal relations and customer service skills.
